We hope that you're satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your item(s) for a refund within 7 days of delivery date.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for online orders.
You can return any item within 9 days by logging in to your account or by visiting any of our retail locations.
You can get a prepaid shipping label by emailing us. You are responsible to pay $7.95 handling and a 5% restocking fee for all returns issued through our returns center.
In addition, if you received free shipping, the full shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount upon return.
If you paid for shipping, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unopened, unused, and with the original tags still intact. The item(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, and in the same condition in which they were received.
Once you have received a return label, you have 3 business days to ship the return or it will be rejected.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-5 business days.
